We provide a graphic proof showing your umbrella on receipt of order!

Once the artwork proof is approved in writing production can start.

ART INSTRUCTIONS

Please email an image of your logo prior to ordering so that we can confirm that it is possible to reproduce accurately.

The preferred method is electronically supplied art - a vector file saved as an EPS file or as an Illustrator (AI) file.

CorelDraw users can save in the EPS format as well.

Artwork must be colour separated specifying PMS colours (not CMYK colours).
Photoshop (PSD) files are not colour separated, and (high-resolution versions) are generally only suitable for all over sublimation prints.

JPEG / TIFF / BMP / GIF / PNG files are not usable even for single colour prints, as the resolution is too small and the size of the print on an umbrella will show up pixelation of the image.

These file types embedded in (i.e. saved as) an EPS or AI files cannot be used.

The colour of the fabrics shown in the catalog and online are approximations and should, therefore, be used as a guide only.

They are photographic representations and colours can vary slightly when appearing in print or on computer screens.

Where colour match of fabric is critical, a sample should be ordered to verify the suitability of the colour of the stock that will be used PRIOR to printing.

We can order fabric to match any PMS colour. Please note that minimum quantities of 300+ and longer lead times of 3-4 months apply for this service.

Colours can vary between dye lots - a repeat order may be a shade different to a previous order.

Some 3 and 4 colour jobs (especially where halftones are required) may not be able to be printed on locally held stock and need to be printed overseas so longer lead times of 3-4 months apply for this service.
